Maintenance Tips:
Clean the indoor units return air filter regularly at least quarterly.
Ensure that the outdoor unit has a clear area for air movement, clear paper, leafs and plant growth away from the coil.
Finding a Service Contractor:
- Always ensure you get two or more quotations from different service contractors.
- Make certain that the service contractor has the technical knowledge and experience to service your unit.
- Ask for referrals from previous customers of the service contractor that discusses the quality of workmanship they provided.
- Make sure that the service contractor has all the correct licenses, including but not limited to Arktick (refrigeration), Electrical and Business.
- Ensure that the service contractor has all the right insurances, including but not limited to Public Liability and Workers compensation.
