Our customers frequently ask “do Air Conditioning Sales Pty Ltd have a preferred air conditioning installation company in my area”, we specialise in the sale of quality air conditioning equipment and do not play any part in the installation of the air conditioning system. The details provided below are for our customer information only and do not come recommended by Air Conditioning Sales Pty Ltd. It is part of the purchase agreement between Air Conditioning Sales Pty Ltd and our customers, that the air conditioning system is installed by a fully licensed and qualified trade person and that the equipment is installed as per the manufactures specifications. To have an air conditioning system installed by an unlicensed trades person will void all equipment warranties and is most likely illegally installed.
Installation Tips:
- Always ensure you get two or more quotations from different installation companies.
- Ask for referrals from previous customers of the installing contractor that discusses the quality of workmanship provided.
- Make sure that the installer has all the relevant licenses, including but not limited to Arctick (refrigeration), Electrical and Business.
- Ensure that the installation company has all the right insurances, including but not limited to Public Liability and Workers compensation.
- Ask your qualified installer for the best location for the outdoor unit, but keep in mind that cooling systems work more efficiently on a hot afternoon if the outdoor unit is located in the shade, and heating systems work more efficiently on a cold afternoon if the outdoor unit is located in the sun.
